Taylor brings years of hands-on experience and steady leadership to My Sweet Michelle. Surrounded by animals since childhood, she developed a deep understanding of their needs and personalities, from horses and cats to small mammals. In 2017, she began volunteering with Princeton’s Meow in Concord, NC, where her dedication to animal welfare continued to grow. During that time, she adopted her beloved cat, Angel, who now shares his home and daily adventures with Macaroni, another rescued orange cat.
Known for her reliability, organization, and calm problem-solving, Taylor ensures that both pets and sitters receive the support they need. As our Office Manager, she helps uphold MSM’s standards of professionalism, empathy, and communication while guiding the team with care and precision. Her thoughtful leadership, nurturing spirit, and lifelong devotion to all living things make her an essential part of the My Sweet Michelle family.
Rigby O.

Rigby’s lifelong passion for animals started at an early age, growing up with a diverse array of pets, including sugar gliders, dogs, ferrets, reptiles, and even rats. These experiences nurtured his deep appreciation for the unconditional love and companionship that animals bring.
During high school, Rigby dedicated much of his time to volunteering at a dog daycare and boarding facility, where he developed a strong work ethic and honed his skills in professional pet care. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Rigby ensures that every pet receives personalized care and attention. He believes that pets are more than companions - they’re family - and is committed to treating every pet with the same love and care he’d give his own.

Desi grew up in the countryside, surrounded by every kind of animal imaginable, from farm animals to reptiles and insects. That early experience taught her patience, attentiveness, and the ability to read animal behavior with ease. She now shares her home with a spirited Husky and a confident German Shepherd, both of whom have strengthened her skills in handling energetic and strong-willed breeds. Desi also cares for several cats, giving her a well-rounded understanding of pets with different personalities and needs.
She has been a professional pet care provider since 2024 and is known for her calm presence and dependable care. She has a special gift for connecting with nervous or anxious pets, helping them feel comfortable and safe through calm, consistent interaction. Her gentle presence and intuitive understanding of animals make her a trusted part of our team.
Bryan R.

Bryan’s love for animals began in childhood, influenced by his mother, who worked in a veterinary office, and his grandmother, who dedicated her time to caring for neighborhood pets. Growing up surrounded by animals, he quickly developed a deep sense of compassion and responsibility. His passion for pet care grew over the years as he looked after friends’ and neighbors’ pets and volunteered with the Cabarrus Humane Society, where he met his beloved dog, Molly, who was his loyal companion for eight wonderful years.
With a lifetime of experience caring for pets of all kinds, Bryan understands the importance of building trust and ensuring every animal feels safe and loved.
Dedicated and dependable, Bryan treats every pet like family. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or quiet companionship, he provides the same level of care and attention he’d want for his own pets, giving owners peace of mind while their furry friends are in his care.
Kendra H.

Pet Care Professional, Dog Trainer, Pet First Aid and CPR Certified
Kendra has been surrounded by animals her entire life. Growing up on a 400-acre crop farm in South Carolina, she cared for all kinds of pets and farm animals and even helped her uncle raise a pack of hunting hounds. She is currently a professional dog trainer and has also worked in emergency veterinary care, gaining valuable experience with reactive dogs and first aid. Kendra has spent time in animal rescue as well, where she focused on rehabilitation and building trust with pets in need. Kendra shares her home with two big dogs: a Rottweiler who only cares about food and playtime, and a Doberman who is comically afraid of her own reflection. Her mix of training expertise, veterinary background, and lifelong love of animals makes her a trusted and compassionate caregiver.

Kennedy has always had a natural connection with animals and began helping neighbors and family care for their pets from an early age. Over time, that experience shaped her dependable, attentive approach to pet care. She now shares her home with her lively dog, Squash, and two cats, Roxanne and Louie, who remind her daily how different personalities and routines can be between pets.
As a professional pet care provider, Kennedy focuses on making each animal feel secure and content. She approaches every visit with patience and consistency, ensuring that pets stay comfortable, healthy, and happy while their families are away.
Lola B.

Pet Care Professional
Lola has cared for many kinds of pets, from playful dogs and curious cats to the occasional hamster or bearded dragon. She’s especially fond of reptiles and always lights up when she gets the chance to care for snakes or lizards. Her calm, confident approach allows her to handle each species with understanding and respect, creating a comfortable experience for every animal in her care.
Before joining the professional field, Lola often helped friends and family with pet sitting, gaining experience with pets of all temperaments and routines. At home, she shares life with her cat, Othello, whose quiet company reminds her of the joy found in simply being near animals.
